I’ll start off by saying I wish there were more people like Rachelle on this earth. Her professionalism was exemplary, spending as much time as needed with me before and after my procedure in the most sensitive and compassionate way. I felt so relieved when I saw her smile as she asked if there were any concerns prior to the procedure. There was no attempt to rush the conversation and making sure that all my questions were answers. What more could you want in a specialist.
The specialist here’s are all wonderful and are very knowledgeable. Shame that every interaction my family and I have had with receptionist kacey has been nothing short of appalling passive aggressive attitude. For someone who you would think would have at least a bit of compassion to work within the medical industry. Would highly suggest extra training on professional etiquette.
Absolutely amazing reception staff. Very pleasant office and welcoming staff. Dr Peter Whiting is just lovely and explained what was required so I understood clearly. Thank you QLD Gastroenterology
