Zero stars. After being cut off yesterday on the Pacific hwy by a goose driving one of your cars - rego 361 DR9, then having the passenger proceed to hurl abuse at me and want me to pull over, I called the 1300 RESTORE number on the van and left a message saying what had happened and that I'd appreciate a call back. No call for 24 hours, so I figure management either condone this type of behavior OR simply don't care. Very poor service provided by the team at QFFMS. I booked in for a condition 2 clean of my property as recommended by my building biologist. The quote and booking process was fairly smooth. The first team was led by Robin to clean my property and some contents. The job done was absolutely shocking with several areas missed around the house or not thoroughly cleaned. Lathan & his wife Ally are very professional, friendly, helpful & always take the time to listen to your problems. I had mould in my house due to water damage, Lathan & his team did an excellent job.
