I was referred to Dr Vanessa Lusink to treat my lack of periods and PCOS. I was told nothing new and given the added spiel of take birth control and lose some weight! Her communication was confusing & misinforming and delivered with a lack of care to me in appointments. She did not communicate with my GP despite saying she would & did not send my GP the results of my blood tests, the receptionists at my GP’s practice had to get the blood test results. I rang this morning needing desperately to book an appointment for next week during my husbands days off & I was also having a pretty terrible morning… not only was Michelle insanely kind to a stranger over the phone, she was light hearted, funny & all while working her bottom off (I could hear the keyboard going).
