We trusted Queensland Fertility Group (QFG) to guide us through our fertility journey with professionalism and expertise, but our experience has been deeply disappointing. After undergoing two expensive rounds of IVF, we have since sought further medical advice and discovered serious issues that QFG failed to address. Our initial IVF process began with the Sunshine Coast QFG branch. We did two cycles through them, and I found the nurses, receptionists and scientists to be incredible. I can’t thank them enough for their kindness and compassion. Nothing was ever too much to ask and they were quick, responsive and kind with all of my queries, no matter how trivial. I’m sure I asked a million questions and they were absolutely wonderful.
The staff at QFG Sunshine Coast are always amazing. They are caring and understanding and always happy to answer any questions I have. They have low cost options which is helpful, especially if you need multiple cycles. The nurses are so lovely and make me feel at ease during any procedures. The fertility specialists know their stuff and are up to date on current research and options.
Amazing nurses and doctors, made my experience comfortable from start to finish and always available to answer questions and very informative through the whole process, wouldn't go to anyone else after going through this process with this wonderful team
