Utterly soul destroying. Donated our remaining embryos under the care of this company. Embryos were sent to Brisbane from Sunshine Coast to be placed on the list for couples looking to have an embryo to start a family. Was informed last August about them being transported and that we’d no longer be charged for storage as they were on the donor list. All of a sudden 8 months later we get two storage bills.
