Update - Management has been amazing at responding & dealing with this. A huge thank you to Rebecca for being proactive & immediately handling the situation, and to the Sydney donor team and Angela on the GC Clinic. They don’t care if you have disabilities, they don’t care if you have been going through this for years, they try to make you a liar, they dismiss you, hang up on you, don’t respond to emails or call back when important issues are occurring (no donor sperm available, treatment booked from flying interstate and timeframes reducing, stress, emotional draining). My partner and I had the most supportive and wonderful experience preserving our fertility, and we got a great result too. Both Dr Flynn and all the nurses and embryologists were so lovely and caring, I would recommend QLD fertility group at Pindara to everyone.
Such a compassionate team! We have been to Monash before but QFG is by far my favourite if I had to choose again! Lovely team, compassionate embryologists - everyone just lovely on the GC. You feel like a friend and they really feel with you. Thanks guys, currently pregnant after many years!
