I cannot speak highly enough of Queensland Fertility Group Gold Coast and the incredible care I have received. Had a less than ideal experience in NSW but QFG was night and day by comparison and were incredibly professional from start to finish and beyond. They lived up to the old medical adage 'people don't care how much you know, they just want to know you care' Superb customer care and service , the personal touch and covering all the Service Principals of taking ownership, staying in touch etc . Update - Management has been amazing at responding & dealing with this. A huge thank you to Rebecca for being proactive & immediately handling the situation, and to the Sydney donor team and Angela on the GC Clinic. I’ve been able to go ahead with my procedure stress free & with everything explained & organised. Grateful for this amazing turn around, this is patient care. If you want to get hung up on by Rose, or dismissed & made to feel like a burden & a problem by Fiona then yep this is apparently the place for you. They don’t care if you have disabilities, they don’t care if you have been going through this for years, they try to make you a liar, they dismiss you, hang up on you, don’t respond to emails or call back when important issues are occurring (no donor sperm available, treatment booked from flying interstate and timeframes reducing, stress, emotional draining).
