Auf unserer Reise durch Australien benötigte ich eine intravitrale Infektion. Über Internet fanden wir diese Klinik und vereinbarten einen Termin schon vor mehreren Monaten. Beim Eintreffen in der Klinik wurden wir sehr freundlich empfangen. Alle Mitarbeiter waren hochprofessionell und persönlich engagiert. Doktor Cheng und sein Team haben hervorragend gearbeitet. Dr Katie Chen performed cataract surgery on both my husband and myself. I also had bleth surgery to remove excess skin from my eyelids. To say we were nervous is an understatement but Dr Chen was so easy to talk to, she really put us both at ease. Dr Chen was able to simply articulate the procedures and she gave us very succinct advice for pre and post surgery. The entire team were very professional with their processes which made the whole experience very positive. Thank you!
I took my 70 year old mother here to see Dr Sean for a second opinion for cataract and floaters removal. The initial consultation was so worth it, everything was explained to a Tee and if anything very detailed. Our first specialist didn’t explain anything and didn’t give her any confidence to continue on and thus dragged it on since November 2024 and asked to come back for a review in December 2025…?? What for she can’t see. So we took the initiative to book her in and adult daughters went with her to see whats the problem.... read more
I am beyond grateful to Dr. Sean Cheng for quite literally saving my vision. As an active and healthy person, I never imagined I’d face a serious eye emergency. I was referred to a specialist in December 2023 to check whether I had glaucoma—not for a routine exam. Tragically, the exam was mishandled, and I was left with a detached retina.
