I took my 70 year old mother here to see Dr Sean for a second opinion for cataract and floaters removal. The initial consultation was so worth it, everything was explained to a Tee and if anything very detailed. Our first specialist didn’t explain anything and didn’t give her any confidence to continue on and thus dragged it on since November 2024 and asked to come back for a review in December 2025…?? I am beyond grateful to Dr. Sean Cheng for quite literally saving my vision. As an active and healthy person, I never imagined I’d face a serious eye emergency. I was referred to a specialist in December 2023 to check whether I had glaucoma—not for a routine exam. Tragically, the exam was mishandled, and I was left with a detached retina. I have been legally blind in my right eye from toddlerhood so I was left completely blind when my left retina detached. Dr Sean Cheng fixed both my eyes and now I can see better than I ever have before. I am so grateful for his conscientious care, without which I would not have been able to see my third daughter get married last weekend. He has my endless praise. I will be forever grateful.
