What a disaster this place is. Total fails at every turn. We were in NZ for 16 days up until last Friday. They were told multiple times by my surgeon to email me with any requirements for last Minday. Heard nothing. Got home and put the SIM card in and had multiple texts and messages re my pre admission details. That got sorted OK and over the weekend I spoke with them and was advised I would be required for 6 hours. I check in on Monday at 1130 and all goes fine. Wonderful experience from start to finish.. I cannot find fault with this hospital. They were kind and reassuring to me . I was very nervous and feeling vulnerable but was put at ease with the competent staff. I am booked for another eye operation soon and am confident all will go smoothly again. Thank you to everyone. Keep up the good work.
From admission to discharge my experience at the surgery was incredibly professional and all staff members were great. Highly recommend.
Good parking under the building from the street behind here, Wilson Car Park, then elevator up to ground and to the Orange building. There's a Cafe near by too. Good service, musks must be worn Feb 2023
