Had a procedure done on Monday afternoon. The facility is great and the staff I interacted with were amazing.
I had a procedure here today, and I cannot fault anything. Every single staff member including the admin staff are incredibly helpful and kind. Very impressed with the support I received today and would like to mention how wonderful the staff are here.
What a disaster this place is. Total fails at every turn. We were in NZ for 16 days up until last Friday. They were told multiple times by my surgeon to email me with any requirements for last Minday. Heard nothing. Got home and put the SIM card in and had multiple texts and messages re my pre admission details. That got sorted OK and over the weekend I spoke with them and was advised I would be required for 6 hours. I check in on Monday at 1130 and all goes fine. Wonderful experience from start to finish.. I cannot find fault with this hospital. They were kind and reassuring to me . I was very nervous and feeling vulnerable but was put at ease with the competent staff. I am booked for another eye operation soon and am confident all will go smoothly again. Thank you to everyone. Keep up the good work.
