On hold 30 mins while constantly being told I’m “1st in the queue and will be answered within 3 minutes”. Atrocious.
We had our 18 week morphology scan done at QDI in Ipswich. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this practice. All the staff were professional, courteous and friendly, price for the scan was competitive. Only suggestion is for providing toys to keep children occupied.
