We had a wonderful experience with Cradle Care. Anna was incredibly knowledgeable and kind, providing exceptional care for our baby during those crucial early days. As new parents, we were grateful for her expertise in guiding us through newborn care, making the transition smoother and less overwhelming. Her support also gave us much-needed downtime, which was especially valuable during the postpartum recovery period after a cesarean.

Anna was an amazing help in our first weeks of transitioning to a family of 4. She was always on time, professional, and warm. We felt comfortable with her in our home at such a fragile time in our lives, and I have since recommended her to many friends.

Anna came to provide care for the first five days after our son was born. As a first-time mum with family overseas, Anna made me feel supported, confident, reassured and relaxed. She arrived in the morning to make me breakfast, change the bed, and provided advice on breastfeeding, taught us how to bath our baby and reassured me during first-week parenting worries. I was recommended Queensland Cradle Care through my Obstetrician and the on-site Midwife when I mentioned to them that I was concerned that I no longer had a village available, to assist in managing the arrival of my second child following the passing of my mother. I also experienced postpartum complications with the birth of my second child, which resulted in limited energy and strength to not only take care of myself and two children, but also to keep the household running. Anna was an absolute lifesaver! For two and a hal... read more

There is no one more understanding and empathetic about the early post-partum period than Anna. When Anna came into my home I breathed a sigh of relief. She lightened the load and took great care of my baby and I. The early weeks following birth are challenging and lonely and having Anna instil confidence in me and give me some reassurance that I was doing a good job made all the difference. I highly recommend QLD Cradle Care for all mothers and families.
