The organisation relies too heavily on 'reputation' as opposed to outcomes for consumers. VERY difficult to get through to anyone within a program/project area, with almost ALL telephone or email communications focused on the GP clinic to provide the organisation income. Knowledge of 'whole of organisation' informaiton or of other programs between staff is ridiculously low. Worse Gay organisation in brisbane for lesbian , bi and gay people.Primarily Focused on Trans plus political agenda and the Aboriginal community,. Staff bring their personnel politics to their job, staff morale always low. Dysfunctional . Too busy being inclusive to offer anything of real focused value to the LGB community. Plenty of other serves that are more balanced and less radical and political. I wish I could give it 0 stars but the one star is for the hope it gets its act together.
