Dr Aleksandra Lange has the worst bedside manner of any doctor I've seen. I came in to ask about risks for myself and future children given my family history of thoracic aortic aneurysms and my mildly dilated aorta, and she was extremely hostile. She implied I was stupid for worrying and was rude about every question I asked. It's the first time I've ever walked out of an appointment.
I have been attempting to contact this group in relation to a CTP claim and referral from Suncorp for over three weeks. No one calls us back despite promises. I have left several phone messages, emailed. Suncorp sent referral to them on 26/1/23 for an initial appointment. NOTHING. I have no complaints about specialists, just about their admin system. Terrible service.
Dr Aleksandra Lange is amazing! She genuinely cares for her patients well-being & goes the extra mile to get to the bottom of the issue!
