I had an appointment to see Dr Rateesh on 18 May 2026 at 10am. I was told to be there 15mins before to do a ECG. I arrived at 09:35AM and the ECG was done at 09:45AM. I then sat and waited till 10:40AM at which time I left. At no time was I informed that the doctor was running late or behind schedule. I respected the time of the practice and the doctor and expected my time to be respected too which in this case the practice and the doctor failed to do.
Extremely professional and caring. Staff and doctors are fantastic. Cannot speak highly enough of them all.
I have recently become a patient of Dr Andrew Mulligan at North Lakes Specialists Medical Centre. He is pleasantly mannered, listens carefully and thoroughly explains any changes to medication he advises. He also has a down to earth attitude, which I find refreshing after past dealings with some arrogant specialists. Reception staff are also very friendly and helpful.
