When my emphysema became so bad that I urgently required hospitalisation, we rang the triple 0 service, and they came from Nerang to Mermaid Beach very quickly. There was an intern in training with two experienced paramedics. They were very professional in checking me and in their constant reassurances to me as I gasped for air and providing oxygen made me feel far less frightened that I initially was. I had a situation last Thursday and rang up for an ambulance. The two guys who came in the ambulance was so professional, helpful and understanding I felt I really need to let the company know about this. They were courteous and laid my mind at Ace and over the top helpful. I live at Labrador and they were there quickly and took me to a great hospital. I cannot praise these two guys enough for the way they handle the whole situation. I can’t remember their names but thank you so very much.
