There was this Indian lady working the front desk who was super rude. On top of that, the price she quoted over the phone didn’t match the in-store price at all! After we finished all the checks, she told us we had to pay extra. And when we called her out on the price she said on the phone, she flat-out denied ever saying that! Such a bad attitude, honestly.
Thank you for firing Samantha... She was THE worst and should NOT be working with animals!!! Horrible attitude every time I was in and others thought the same.
They’ve allowed me to help with my anxious pup that needs to be advocated for lol. They follow instructions and provide feedback which I can appreciate when I need clarification. Years ago, I went from Beatties to this office and I’m glad that I did!
