Not a good experience. I received a message to call to book an appointment with a nurse. Last week the phone system was not working at all for two days. This morning I called at 10 am and the message said I was first in the queue and to hold for the next available staff member. Ten minutes later I was still getting the same message. I’ve given up. The screenshot shows how long I waited for someone to take my call.
I went to have some clips removed after a hernia operation. Saw Clinician: Miss Laura Cupples who was very very helpful and a great nurse. Laura was very professional in her work and I couldn't be more pleased with her. Thanks again to Queensbury health centre and particularly to Laura. A shining star of the NHS
1 hour 50 min is Absolutely crazy. Attempting to make an appointment. Was less than 7 in the queue . Still waiting from 8am.
Used to be a great practice but had a lot of issues recently, especially with pharmacy. The nurse practitioner is very helpful but unfortunately the rest of the practice is very poor.
Absolutely wonderful service. Phoned first thing and got straight through, had an appt an hour later. Receptionist and Dr very kind and friendly
