amazing clinic but website needs improving
Im editing my review. There were some miscommunications when scheduling my puppy in for her vaccinations. Our appointment is canceled by mistake but luckily we were still able to be seen at the same time regardless, so it was fine and it worked out. I appreciate Tracy, the clinic owner, reaching out to address my concerns and apologizing for some of the confusion, rather than leaving some backhanded and defensive apology or response. I got a puppy and booked this appointment on Wednesday for today, Friday. I was booked in for 10:00 a.m. for today for my puppy to get her first shots. I confirmed the price of the first shots and the exam ALTOGETHER amd was told it $50. This seemed too cheap... I reconfirmed and was told yep - it was $50. I guess they sent a printable form and they require your information?
