The Pooler branch is the most friendliest places to bank. Never have I ever had to leave without getting a question answered or situation resolved. Great team!!!
Queensborough is one of the most welcoming banks I have ever stepped into. All the team in the Pooler location are very friendly and even greet you by name. If you are looking for a professional and personal touch, Queensborough is it! I can't recommend them enough. Also, shout out to Marion for taking care of me and welcoming me with her big smile.
Karin went above and beyond to help me with an issue with a check. What I thought would be a quick check cashing turned into a mess(no fault of the bank) but Karin was able to get everything worked out quickly. She’s awesome !
