I was going to get an SBA loan, and was advised from the firm to register with d&b. I did and was talked into the concierge service where they would handle all disputes and filings, for a total of $7000 (a friend did the same with his company and was quoted at 4000 with very similar gross profit). I wish I could put 0 down. Tammy VanKradenburgh sold me my package. Told me in email it would be what i had with isell since they bought the company. Wow lied. Now will not take calls or emails. Scam.

Completely shocked. Have been waiting for several months for the D&B number. D&B service people play games on the phone in order to charge more.

I have trade references that I added 35 days ago. They are all still currently in the "verification" process on D&B's end. Each time I call the customer service rep I am told a different amount of time that the references will be processed. It has varied, beginning with 7-10 days and all the way up to 30. I am then told that "the references should be in by next week", which never happens. They also attempt to sell me the $9,000 service each time, giving me poor service until I pay them.
