My parents have been going there a while I recently got a car after passing my test and they did my Mot and Service 100% would recommend and go again if I have any issues and they don’t pressure you. They explain stuff and they don’t try and confuse you! Truly a business that cares about giving great service! I recommend!
I have just bought a Renault Clio Mk3 from Queens Service Station. I am very happy with the car, which came with 12 months MOT, full service, a new water pump and timing belt and 3 months warranty! Great customer service and reassurance from Mick! Cheers Joe
Asking for replacing the anti roll bar front bushes, 2009 Espace. These cannot be sourced easily the gent said, and the gent did not show interest in ordering and/or find alternatives e.g. eBay purchase for the part abroad. I asked for his advice and the response was always 'I do not know what to suggest'. I am not a regular customer of them and I guess there was no interest in going the extra mile.
