DO NOT USE THEM!!!! They do not know how to do their job! very unresponsive, were not prepared to finish job or the clean up afterwards. Door would not slide after they replaced window, I had to hire someone else to fix door. TERRIBLE COMPANY!!!!!!!
Tom and his crew at Better Living Suffolk did a wonderful job on our patio. It is the best upgrade that we've done since we moved in 15 years ago; and we love spending time out there relaxing in the spring, summer and fall! Highly recommend!
I had to take TOM to better business bureau after waiting over a year for a replacement window that was under warranty, we called them many times, promised the world and I took time off too for his failed to show appointments and numerous unanswered calls, sunroom is beautiful and should be for $29,000 paid 13 years ago. His former partner was a real doll but hasn’t been there for over 10 years. I told a dear friend how he operates, she went with him anyway and waited forever to get it done.
