Staff are very courteous. Didn't have long to wait before i was seen. Good job done.
Went to see Richard and Jan, as always their care was excellent. However, the banding is a joke, putting me up 2 bands without consultation, receiving a letter in the post, and when I express that I'll leave then to be dropped down a band. You need to look after your long service customers and this isn't the way to do it.
