Where to begin...if you have the option of living somewhere else, DO IT! I have lived at Eagle Point Apartments for 3 years and it has progressively gotten worse. Being that I have a large dog my apartment options in Albuquerque are rather limited. Otherwise, I would've moved a long time ago! First off, be prepared to have your rent raised every time you renew. I have renewed my lease at least four times and have had my monthly rent raised every time. residents threaten others and staff just doesn't care... not only do they dismiss complaints but they are rude and mean to tenants. police are there all the time. this is the worst run complex i ever lived in and i am surprised they are still in business.
Unsafe complex, extremely poor management, problems with office staff misplacing documents (including staff losing lease paperwork and posting an eviction notice before finding it!). Manager is unprofessional and does not understand legalities of rental documents. Police needed to be called often (about other residents). Large loud dogs are welcome, however, so if you have a protective pet this might be an option.
