NOTE THAT PHARMACY CLOSES FOR LUNCH 1230-1300. PHARMACY SERVICES ARE UNAVAILABLE DURING THAT TIME. Great staff, friendly. A little tight for my wheelchair inside but the staff is very accommodating and helpful so I wasn't knocking everything over. Pharmacy is located inside the Physician Office Building (POB), not the main hospital. Location also carries some first aid supplies, over the counter items and snacks. Reasonable pricing.
The Teleprompter Or menu on Auto response for phone tree has no way to ask if a prescription has been filled - only if one is in progress. I had trouble getting the CT department to call in the needed prescription. It took two days, then the staff was not friendly, which is disappointing. it’s not my fault The CT department was two days behind calling in a crucial prescription for contrast! the staff is kind of snarly and they don’t. realize that it’s not an option to check a prescription is FILLED in the auto system !
