Everyone provided wonderful care to both my new cat (and to me, as a novice pet caregiver). They handled my cat with care and kindness and did not make me feel silly for asking so many questions. I am very happy to have found their service and trust they will be a great collaborator in helping me maintain my cat's quality of life, long term!
This place deserves 20 stars! Dr Greenwood is absolutely amazing and so compassionate and friendly towards your dog and really knows how to make them feel comfortable. Usually vet visits are just as traumatizing for me as my dog but I’m pretty sure my dog didn’t even know he went to the vet. And I felt relaxed which I have never said in a vet office. We switched to Queens Park Pet Hospital just over a year ago because our dog struggled with significant anxiety around vet visits. Their fear-free approach has made a huge difference, turning what used to be a stressful experience into a much more positive one. The staff are incredibly kind, patient, and go above and beyond to ensure your pet feels comfortable and safe. If you have an anxious dog, I highly recommend this clinic.
The staff here is very caring and attentive, and I would highly recommend this clinic to others.
