Very unsatisfied about my visit to Quens Park MC. Having booked the earliest appointment at 8:30am. I arrived early as you would to most medical appointments. The GP turned up 15 minutes late, took me into the room and told me what I already knew, therefore the consultation was over. For what I thought would be resolved in one appointment due to a quick procedure it turned out I would have to come back again to get it done alongside a nurse. Dr Holly is a kind and competent Dr. She has been our Family Dr for many years. The practice is close to home, very convenient and can book online. But sometimes hard to get appts as Dr Holly is very popular.

I’ve been seeing Dr Kim for some time now. He listens carefully to everything I say, never dismisses any concerns, and provides clear, detailed explanations. He is also very proactive if further tests are required.
