I went to this store about a month ago to ask for moss for my orchid, the man was so nice to me and gave me such good advice, I want with all my heart to get a job to go spend it in his store, please hang on! I hope the crisis is over soon so I can become a regular client of this tiny lovely shop.
Marco, the owner, was very accommodating and provided prompt service for me. I provided a budget for him and he went well beyond my expectations.
The best of the best. I have tried all of the flower shops in New West and even Vancouver and Queens Park is in a league of its own. What keeps me coming back is the consistency of this place - flowers are aways fresh, attention and detail are always on point when it comes to bouquets (custom or pre-set). The owner is also reachable by WhatsApp too, which I’ve recently learned; makes customizing so much easier. Can’t say enough good things. Keeps wifey happy, which keeps me happy 5/5
Really helpful and sweet staff person, great customer service, went above and beyond. Also the flowers seemed really good quality like fresh and well presented. Would definitely get flowers here again.
