I’m genuinely upset after this appointment. Instead of properly soaking/removing my extensions, they ripped them off, which hurt and left my nails feeling weak and damaged. On top of that, I was charged more than quoted/expected, and when I asked for an explanation the staff were dismissive and rude. I wouldn’t return and I can’t recommend this place to anyone who cares about nail health or basic customer service.
