One of the worst practices in the area with bizzare policies created to disadvantage patients on purpose. They require you to pay for a private letter but refuse to accept payments online or instructions online. So effectively needing you to travel in twice. Desperately need to move into the 20th century!
Quite impressively rude staff on switchboard. I’m only glad my family member is not passing away soon as that would have been horrendous to come from such a cold treatment. The “gentleman” on the phone today at 14:40 30/12/24 needs sacking! Wonder if he speaks to men the same way!
Crap! No patient parking, no blue badge spaces, staff are rude and unhelpful.
Whoever is answering the phone's here at time's are so incompetent, unprofessional. Phoned today for my father, he's had been getting tests because they found there's something wrong with his LIVER. He had text this morning off this gp practice to phone up & orangise a call back with a dr for his test results. A women answered & i explained her about the text.
