This place truly sucks. I tried to get forms filled out for my job properly but my physician decided to take it upon herself to just write a note. Then calls me back saying she has no time.to contact my department OHS just to give them a little important detail. I truly cant stand the level attention this place lacks. Now I have to do the process over again and guess what? She is not answering my emails or anything. 100 dollars worth of co pays and NOTHING!
