room to give blood: the Filipino lady was attempting to be like in a condescending breakdown coercive speaking manner and when you not listen she gets upset and talks louder to argue more and more. And then another young Polynesian short stalky lady seems to be friendly and later find she shook my blood in vial to make it invalid and did to other. It caused my doctor to be urgently worried and sent me to er and waste funds and time of er staff.

I didn’t have a problem with any waits or staffs but had problems with billing. They marked me as self pay even though I had insurance. I called them and they said I had to call the billing number to help me with it. I called the number multiple times on multiple days and no one picked up. I called my insurance company and the urgent care again but no one could help me. Someone I know who also had insurance went here and also got marked as self paid! again, no answers from the billing. I've gotten in within 10 minutes and out within a half hour the past several times I've gone here, so they've improved since my last review. I'm glad their open on weekends as my primary care is only available in my area 3 days a week. Original review 2023: There's no sign saying their overburdened with patients or short on staff, so what's the hold up? I came in about 8:30am and by the time I was done it was 11:57am!
