Had a lovely afternoon. Food was great and staff were more than helpful
Our reservation for Library (Fireplace) had been confirmed by email but not honoured on arrival !!! Only available space in saloon bar. Main meals took an hour and once finally served, no cutlery was available. Had to wait a further 10 mins for its delivery whilst our food was no longer hot. Never experienced anything like it. Sweet potato chips weren’t hot on arrival. My Blue Swimmer Crab Linguine was a gooey conglomerate. The Porterhouse steak was medium…. not medium rare as ordered. Went here on a showdown night it was alright. I found it was a bit cramped with the tight hallways but the setup is good and close to Adelaide Oval if you’re going to an event there.
