I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the treatment I received during my recent visit to the Emergency Department. Earlier that day, I had been vomiting repeatedly and was severely dehydrated. By the time I arrived at the hospital, I was barely able to stand, my vision was impaired, and I experienced intense ringing in my ears.
