I would not recommend this law firm. My experience was extremely disappointing. The attorney showed little effort or urgency in handling my case, often seeming disinterested and unprepared. Additionally, the receptionist or phone representative was unprofessional—frequently talked over me and made communication frustrating. Overall, it felt like their main priority was how much money they could get, not the quality of service or care for their clients. I am sure he will respond to this and make excuses. I can not believe he has any positive reviews. So,e are for other lawyers, but the practice is just jim now, and he is horrible. I also know another client of his because we were getting divorced at the same time, and they had the same problems. I hired Jim because my other lawyer was too expensive, and I got what I paid for.
