I’m giving them 2 stars and only because they’re nice people, but I think that they’re incompetent. I brought my wife’s Dodge Caravan in for a 90k check up. I asked them to do the basic inspection for that mileage. I specifically asked them about the fluids, including the transmission fluid and they said that it didn’t need it. They only replaced the spark plugs and gave it a coolant flush. Three days after getting it back, the check engine light came on with the P0 740 code.
