Pure Awesome I went to Queens for the first time the other day to get my king sized blanket cleaned. The man at the counter (assuming it was the owner) was very friendly. When I came back to pick it up he recognized me before I could say anything and pulled out my freshly cleaned blanket without even having to look at my ticket. I was impressed with the service and blanket looks and smells wonderful! Thank you! I will be back!!
Awesome owner, awesome service Aaron is the owner of this store ... one of the most hard-working people I know. He really appreciates your business and will turn around your drycleaning faster than anyone in town, even if it means he stays to do it himself. He is willing to do that for his customers. He worked on a bridesmaid dress for me several times to get a stain out and only charged me for one treatment. World class guy.
a little insight to a growing business I work at Queens and have been for over a year now. I am the main shirt machine operator and work right hand with the owner, Erin, on the press. I wanted to post about the allegations on the leather coat. We dont repair or clean leather coats so I think that person has mistaken queens for the separate business within our business. Queens Dry Cleaners-Laundromat is unorganized I took my 180.00 jacket that I had only a month to them to fix a small hole in the underside of the sleeve, could've been there when I bought but the 16 yr. old girl fixed it and they lost my coat for 2 weeks! The fix was something my son could've done.
Queens Dry Cleaners and Laundromat I would recommend this place to everyone.Their service is very good and they have very friendly people that work there.They have more then one place so whereever you live in town you should have one fairly close to you.The parking is good and the cleaners is kept clean and the washers and dryers are kept clean inside too.
