Horrible! I called about a public defender not doing their job , they transferred me to the supervisor and guess what ? The supervisor didn't answer the phone !
I had a housing court case that Queens Defenders was assigned to. At first things seemed ok, until I wasn't notified of a court date that resulted in a summary judgement. I quickly requested to have that first attorney removed. The judge overseeing my case asked if I would like to try with another attorney from the same firm.
