I came in to inquire about a unit Dequane assisted me and was excellent. I wish other complexes had employees such as him. He exemplifies excellent customer service.
I inquired about a two-bedroom apartment at Queens Court, despite the fact that they were not currently available. However, the front desk receptionist Daquan was exceptionally helpful in adding me to the waitlist and providing me with information about the building. His customer service was truly commendable.
Daquane, the front desk concierge, is truly impressive. I needed help accessing the locker to locate some packages and he provided extremely helpful and courteous service.
I just wanted to take a moment to share how wonderful Daquane Artis, the concierge at Queens Court Apartments, has been. My grandmother, who has a disability and struggles with dementia, has received exceptional care and kindness from Daquane. He has gone above and beyond to help her get up and down to her apartment whenever she needs assistance, always with a smile and a kind word.
