I have stopped by this branch a few times and the staff has been always helpful. Linda, in particular, stood out as she informed about the different offers the bank had and helped me take advantage of them!
Another Update: NYCB or Flagstar Bank is not accessibility friendly at all. They tell you what you might want to hear and back to the same old tricks. You would think that Flagstar bank employees would be a little more sympathetic since they compromised your information. Thank you for the extra emotional and physical toll this has been taking on me. Fighting health issues has been bad enough already.
