You get a 2 because apparently you are intelligent enough to keep on Toni. Why Dennis was let go, I cannot imagine. I have been banking at this branch for over 50 years. I moved away, 9 years ago, but continue to make the 40 minute trip in to this Northern Blvd Little Neck branch solely because of the staff, headed by Dennis & Toni. I am adding to my review today Because of the current news I had gotten. I just found out that Dennis The bank manager is no longer with Flagstar bank. My family is very upset and we would consider moving our business elsewhere. devastated. We felt very safe because of him. We are not sure why he is gone, but it is a disgrace. You cannot get better customer service than this bank. Dennis would fall over backwards just to help with anything. Too bad other banks are not up to Dennis's class!
