Omg I don't like this branch. The bank teller horrible customer service. I have to found a branch I use to go to Merrick but they closed
7/18/2024 I entered bank found it was very quite and empty. Wanted to open up an account there Checking and then savings later tomorrow. I gave requested documents drivers license and Pay check with two different addresses. I work in Queens and live in Brooklyn. Because of that I was discriminated against. By an employee who stated she worked for Wells fargo and Capital one for a total of 15 plus yrs. She asked the supervisor if it's okay for him to open up an account here, supervisor stated no!
