Horrible service. I had an issue since December and not only it hasn’t been resolved but I also only get attitude from the the bank teller.
I’m very dissatisfied with my recent experience at this branch. I called earlier in the day to ask about doing a wire transfer on my phone. The representative I spoke with (Gina) told me to “try it online,” but never mentioned that if it didn’t work I would need to come into the branch before 2 p.m. for wires. ridiculous that I couldn’t use the atm for any transactions as door was deadbolted/locked from inside.
