I have to say that the only person helpful, knowledgeable and with a good attitude in this branch is Mr Kenneth. He takes his time to help customers and he is very patient and efficient. The other lady Angela and the tellers know absolutely nothing. I would give stars but because of Mr Kenneth, I am giving 4 stars. I hope this review helps someone.
Why doesn't the elevator work? I've been told over the past YEAR, YES YEAR that it's out of order. Now being told that it's repaired and needs to be inspected. I'm in my 60s, with Parkinson's Disease, stairs are an issue. Confused as to why you would have handicapped parking if you're not handicapped compliant.
Since I’ve been a customer at this branch before it became Flagstar, I’m happy to see the regular staff are still at this location. I’ve always been served within a timely manner. On occasion, there may be a wait at the teller line but I’ve noticed they have really good teamwork where an available staff at the customer service desk will assist the next person waiting in line. Most of the staff are good but my favorite is Angela. She is helpful and very knowledgable.
Stay away.! The only person at the branch that can do anything is the manager. The staff do not know what they are doing- and they don't even realize they are clueless. I opened a business account two weeks ago and I am going to close it. The bank customer service is no better.
By far worst banking experience. There is no reason for things to be this slow. Additionally, for people with physical disabilities, they do not have a working elevator for about two years. I’m not entirely positive, but I’m almost certain that’s an ADA violation. Having to discuss your banking and personal matters in an open forum of a lobby doesn’t feel like a reasonable accommodation.
