Went to Queen Beauty and purchased human extension hair for kinky twists. Unfortunately they did not have enough packs of the Ibiza brand so I had to purchase two packs of another brand placed next to it. When I got to the hairstylist I was informed that the other hair couldn’t be used so $62 wasted. I went back to Queen Beauty to either exchange or return the unopened package of hair but they have a no refund no exchange policy.
