I had one of the best experiences here weeks ago. I came here due to my dress malfunctioning literally on my way to an event. The store clerk(NHU) took her time to assist me. I was able to find the needle and thread I needed which was thicker. All of this last min and she went above and beyond. I will plan a trip just to go back and say thank you again.
