UPDATE 03/08/26 I rated this business a 5/5 before, but today it changed. I always call before going to make sure they aren’t busy. This afternoon I called and the owner said they were free to do a full leg wax. I arrived and wait time is 45 minutes.. I was upset because this is the 3rd time the owner has done this. She is not even physically present at the location and is so quick to say “Yes come in. They are available”. I never complained about it to her before, but to the wax ladies I have.
