Services are nice but the customer service is so shitty. They have just one employee at the time and will make you wait for hours for small things. The poor employee had to send customers away too. This is very ridiculous. They should do better and hire more employees.

I was looking for Salon near my house and doesn't take long wait and appointment. Queens has clean and comfortable place with nice service. I would recommend to visit and have face cleanser service which is only for 25$, actually it's mini facial.
