Waxing done by Nikko. This was my first visit. Not only they offered me discount but the whole process was amazing. She made sure that all hair are removed. Very gently, no pain, no after wax stickiness and was very polite. Must visit if you want quality waxing

Absolutely unacceptable experience. This was my first visit, and it will definitely be my last. I paid a total of $98, including the service fee and tip, expecting a clean, professional experience. Instead, I watched the staff reuse the same waxing sticks and waxing strips during my service, which I found extremely unhygienic and concerning. I’ve been going here for a long time but won’t be back. They actually made my skin raw and made my eyebrows crooked. My skin was burning. I had to go to another woman in the parlor to thin out my eyebrows since the first woman messed them up so bad to make them remotely even.
