I cannot say enough good things about this Seniors Residence. We were greeted by the Administrator, Michelle Ferrari, who was so very nice and understanding. She sat down and explained everything about her Residence then gave us an indepth tour of the home. l felt so confident that we were doing the right thing having my Mom live at Livita Gardens. I have to say that my first impression of Livita Queens Avenue Retirement Residence was phenomenal, to say the least. If this is what shopping for a great living facility for an elderly parent is, I was blown away with how detailed and down-to-earth our discussion was with Michelle Ferrara, the Community Relations Manager. She presented multiple options to us and went above & beyond to explain their facility in it's entirety, even going past her own regular hours to do so. They have thinned the staff considerably. Its beginning to look / feel like an old age home rather than an assisted living facility. Guess times are a changin

My mom has lived at Queens for 10 years. She has needed more care in the last two years and has received excellent care. The staff are lovely and really make a difference every day! I would highly recommend Queens.

Our mom Lise has been a resident at Queens for 23 years. When she first arrived she considered herself a "junior" senior. As the years have passed, mom is definitely a "senior" senior with cognitive and mobility issues. The staff at Queens' have been exceptional in their care of mom over the years, particularly these last two years when her care requirements have increased.
