Honest, professional, trustworthy services. My car failed an emission test; I've got a printout with the code for the part that had to be replaced. Queens Auto Services was the only place that did not treat me like a idiot just because I am a woman. The first repair shop gave me estimate for the part and labor (about $290), and then told me that my car was built for California, so it's more expensive to repair it: I had to buy an additional special part ($110) to meet strict California emission standards.
