I recommended Queens Appliance Repair Pros to my sister who was looking for an appliance service provider in the metro. Her stove needed to be fixed because it wasn’t functioning as it should. The technician who came to her house was very friendly and he knew what needed to be done to get it to function perfectly.

Biggest rip-off in the Queens area. $80 just to come over the house and say the stove is unrepairable. Seriously?? The money is already lost. Don't let them rip you off. I would seriously consider calling someone else

The appliance service technician from Queens Appliance Repair Pros came within the time frame we specified. He diagnosed the problem with my faulty washing machine quickly. He had the parts in his service vehicle, so the repair didn’t last long. It was pretty satisfying especially with the low cost involved.

I thought that leaks from refrigerators only happen outside the units, not inside. But such was not the case on my unit. It was leaking water into the fridge. I called Queens Appliance Repair Pros for fridge repair and the appliance repair guy told me that the drain was clogged with food debris and other particles. He got rid of them and cleaned it and voila! The leak was no more.

I was deeply saddened when my washer wouldn’t agitate. My brother said that I might have to replace it. However, I tried booking Queens Appliance Repair Pros’s washing machine repair. Fortunately, the unit’s drive belt only needed a few adjustments. The technician provided an excellent home appliance repair. Thanks!
